Job Title: Truck Force Supervisor
Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting fleet inspections, including complete wheel inspections, workshop inspections, scrap tire inspections, and other relevant fleet assessments.
- Identifying and training customer staff on proper tire maintenance and best practices.
- Conducting product evaluations and providing relevant technical feedback.
- Coordinating activities with the respective Sales Team.
- Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and market information.
- Taking responsibility for the proper use, maintenance, and availability of Truck Force tools and equipment.
- Generating sales of accessories and service-related products.
- Leading, administering and motivating the Truck Force team and service activities.
Candidate Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates with practical experience in:
- Truck / fleet service operations.
- Tire maintenance and fleet inspections.
- Commercial vehicle or truck maintenance.
- Automotive aftersales/service operations.
- Fleet workshops or transport companies.
- Customer technical support and training.
- Team supervision and field-service coordination.
- Sales of automotive service, accessories or related products would be an added advantage.
