• MSF OCB invites qualified and duly registered companies, contractors, individuals and service providers to submit an Expression of Interest for pre-qualification and inclusion in its database of potential service providers supporting operations in Abuja, Nigeria.

Services / Lots

• Transportation, car rental, truck/crane and fleet/vehicle services
• Facilities management: cleaning, fumigation, waste disposal, water trucking, AC, plumbing, pool and general maintenance
• Construction, civil works, tukul/energy-zone works, welding, fabrication and prefabricated structures
• Electrical installation, repairs, wiring and appliance-related services
• ICT/telecommunications: CCTV, fire alarms, network/internet cabling and termination
• Office equipment and IT: printers, photocopiers, computers and phones
• Furniture and carpentry: office furniture fabrication, repairs and general carpentry
• Statutory/environmental services, including applicable AMAC/Environmental Health/Health Inspection services and certifications

Minimum Eligibility

• Applicants must demonstrate legal registration, relevant experience, technical capacity, qualified personnel, adequate equipment/resources, statutory/tax compliance, and ability to deliver quality services safely and within agreed timelines.

• CAC Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration and relevant particulars
• Company/business profile and service category/Lot applied for
• TIN and valid tax clearance/tax compliance evidence, where applicable
• Evidence of relevant experience, similar assignments and at least two client references
• Relevant professional licences, permits, certifications and regulatory approvals, where applicable
• List of technical personnel and equipment/resources, where applicable
• Bank account confirmation/details and other applicable supporting documents
