Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner (South Region)
Location: Benin City, Edo
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to support our South Region operations while being based in Benin, Edo State.
- The successful candidate will serve as the primary HR contact for assigned branches, driving employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and culture initiatives.
Job Details
- Provide HR support and advisory services to managers and employees across the South Region.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration activities.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and staff wellness initiatives.
- Support performance management and talent development processes.
- Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct periodic branch visits and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the South Region as required.
