Impact IT – Hiring LinkedIn Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (VA) – Remote

Impact IT – We’ve been supporting regulated firms and growing businesses across London since 2014. We’re not a faceless MSP churning through break-fix tickets. We’re a consultancy that partners with our clients to turn technology and business challenges into strategic advantage. Our team is small, close-knit, and values doing things properly over doing things quickly. We believe great client work, whether IT or business advisory, is built on clear communication, thorough documentation, and people who care about getting it right.
Our business advisory arm helps clients navigate growth, structure, and strategy decisions. This role sits within that team, generating the conversations that lead to those engagements.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (VA)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
- We’re looking for a full-time, fully remote LinkedIn Lead Generation VA to run the engine room of our outbound growth for consulting and business advisory services. We reach out to 40 targeted prospects a day via Lincredible, our LinkedIn automation tool.
- Your job starts the moment someone responds.
- When a connection accepts and replies, automation stops, and you take over.
- From there, it’s on you to keep the conversation warm, human, and moving toward one outcome: a booked meeting with our CEO, who takes it from there to close.
- This isn’t a content or branding role. It’s a process and conversation role. You are the bridge between “they said yes to connecting” and “they’re on the CEO’s calendar.”
What you’ll actually do, day to day
- Monitor LinkedIn inbox, Sales Navigator, and Lincredible daily without gaps
- Watch the 40-a-day outreach sequence and know exactly which leads have moved from automated to manual (this handoff point is the most important part of the job – miss it and warm leads go cold)
- Take over manual, one-to-one messaging with anyone who responds, in our voice, until a meeting is booked or the lead is clearly not a fit
- Track every conversation status accurately so nothing falls through – a lead sitting unanswered for three days is a failure of this role, not a minor slip
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date system of record for every lead’s stage (connected, replied, in conversation, booked, dead) – this is a role built on process discipline, not memory
- Flag qualified, ready-to-book leads and get them onto the CEO’s calendar
- Keep Lincredible running within LinkedIn’s connection and messaging limits so the account never gets flagged or restricted
- Report weekly on response rates, conversation-to-meeting conversion, and any patterns worth acting on
What good looks like in 90 days
- Every lead that responds gets a same-day reply, no exceptions
- A clear, accurate log of where every active conversation stands
- A steadily growing number of qualified meetings booked on the CEO’s calendar
- Zero LinkedIn account restrictions or warnings caused by automation misuse.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year experience.
Who this is for
We’re not looking for someone who wants to build a personal brand or write viral posts. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Steady and process-driven: You don’t get bored of doing the same core loop 40+ times a day, every day, for months. Consistency is the job, not a side quality of it.
- Highly detailed: You notice when a lead’s status doesn’t match reality, when a follow-up is a day late, or when a message thread has drifted off the standard sequence. Nothing gets lost because you weren’t paying close attention.
- Precise and rule-following: LinkedIn automation has real limits. Going over them risks the account. We need someone who follows Lincredible’s guardrails exactly, not someone who “gets creative” with the settings.
- Comfortable operating inside a defined process: This role has a system: a sequence, a handoff point, a set of stages a lead moves through. We need someone who works within that system precisely, and improves it by flagging what’s not working, rather than someone who prefers to freelance their own approach.
- A sharp, warm writer one-to-one: Once automation hands off to you, every message is manual. You need to read a reply, understand intent, and respond like a real person who’s actually paying attention, not a template.
- Comfortable working largely solo: This is a screen-based, monitoring-heavy role. You’ll get direction and support, but the day-to-day rhythm is self-managed.
- Not chasing authority or fast pace for its own sake: This role has a clear, bounded scope. If you want to be making strategic calls or closing deals yourself, this isn’t the seat. The CEO closes. You get the meeting booked.
Non-negotiables:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn as a professional/sales tool (Sales Navigator, connection outreach, inbox management) – not just personal LinkedIn use
- Comfortable with, or quick to learn, LinkedIn automation tools (Lincredible or similar – Expandi, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy, etc. accepted as comparable experience)
- Strong written English – clear, warm, error-free, able to match a professional-services tone
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of ongoing conversations without losing track of any single one
- Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels – specifically the difference between a reply and a qualified lead, and what it takes to move someone from one to the other
- Reliable, self-managed daily habits – this role fails quietly if someone isn’t checking in consistently, and we won’t always be watching over your shoulder
- Demonstrable attention to detail and process discipline – we will ask for a concrete example at interview stage (e.g. a time you caught an error others missed, or a process you maintained accurately over a long stretch without it being checked)
Our values
We hire and manage against PICTR:
- Passionate- about learning the tools and the craft of conversion, not just going through the motions
- Integrity – do what is morally right, especially because you’re writing in our name, unsupervised, to real prospects
- Creative – think outside the box, particularly when a conversation doesn’t follow the expected script
- Teamwork – makes the dream work, especially in the handoff to the CEO when a meeting is ready to book
- Respect – yourself and each other, and every single person you’re messaging, including the ones who say no.
Salary
$300 – $350 monthly.
Application Closing Date
2nd October, 2026.
