Job Title: Field Executive
Locations: Ekiti, Kano, Lagos and Niger
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned volume and coverage targets.
- Execute planned market visits and ensure effective coverage of assigned outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and outlets.
- Drive product availability, visibility and quality in-store execution.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support customer development.
- Negotiate effectively and influence customer decisions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor marketactivities and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Ensure accurate capture of sales and customer information using digital sales tools.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on market activities and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / NCE; HND/B.Sc.
- Previous experience in sales, FMCG or field marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Good territory management and commercial awareness.
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital sales tools and mobile applications.
- Must be willing to work extensively in the field.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
