Equity | Impact Center Social Impact Fellowship 2026–27 – Fellows will receive an $8,000 stipend

The Equity | Impact Center is the first research-based, equity-centered intermediary in Southwestern Pennsylvania. When we launched, we envisioned a community-centered capacity building organization that would bridge critical gaps across our region through rigorous research, data analysis, comprehensive program design, and intentional collaboration. In just a few years, our work has made an impact locally, nationally, and globally, and we have become a vital community asset for organizational capacity building, entrepreneurial advancement, collective impact, and leadership development.

About the Fellowship

The Social Impact Fellowship is intended for individuals who want to move beyond academic theory and gain practical experience addressing complex social challenges.

During the eight-month program, fellows will spend approximately 20 hours per week contributing to the Equity | Impact Center’s work. The fellowship combines hands-on organizational responsibilities with workshops, learning sessions and mentorship.
