This intensive program combines structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning to ensure that our trainees not only understand the fundamentals of our industry but also develop the leadership and problem-solving abilities needed to succeed.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of a Second-Class degree from an accredited university
- Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application
- Have completed the NYSC programme
- Have no more than 2 years of post-NYSC work experience
- Have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Have involvement in extracurricular, volunteer or community-building activities
