Requirements

• A Good Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology from a recognized University (minimum of Second Class Lower Division)
• Pass in the final examination with the Nigerian Institute of Builders (NIB).
• Pass in the final Part II Examination of the Chartered Institute of Builders of England (CIBE).
• Candidate must have at least seventeen years of post-qualification cognate experience or a Master’s Degree plus at least fourteen years of post-qualification cognate experience. Membership of a relevant and recognized professional body is mandatory.
