Job Title: Business development team lead
Location: Marina, Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the organization’s market presence
- Monitor team performance, prepare sales reports, and provide market insights to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial products and business development strategies
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Salary Range : NGN 700,000-800,000
