The company is recruiting a Customer Success Recruitment Specialist to manage client and candidate relationships, coordinate recruitment activities and support the hiring process for international clients, including clients in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities accordingly.
- Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Provide a smooth candidate experience and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate profiles and hiring updates.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Support candidate onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment, customer success, talent acquisition, client relationship management or a related field.
- Stable internet connection, reliable power supply and a suitable laptop for remote work.
- Ability to work comfortably with international clients, particularly clients in the United States and other countries.
- Ability to conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment activities independently.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
