The company is recruiting a Customer Success Recruitment Specialist to manage client and candidate relationships, coordinate recruitment activities and support the hiring process for international clients, including clients in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities accordingly.
Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screenings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Provide a smooth candidate experience and respond to enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate profiles and hiring updates.
Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Support candidate onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recruitment processes.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in recruitment, customer success, talent acquisition, client relationship management or a related field.
Stable internet connection, reliable power supply and a suitable laptop for remote work.
Ability to work comfortably with international clients, particularly clients in the United States and other countries.
Ability to conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment activities independently.
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
