Airbus Global Graduate Program (AGGP) Details:
The Airbus Global Graduate Program 2027 is now accepting applications from recent university graduates looking to start their careers with one of the world’s leading aerospace companies.
The two-year program lets graduates work on real Airbus projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, professional development, and opportunities to gain international experience.
The Airbus Global Graduate Program is designed for graduates who want to begin their professional careers in the aerospace and aviation industry.
During the 24-month program, participants work in a specific Airbus position while taking part in a structured development programme. Depending on the role, graduates may also have opportunities for national or international rotations
2027 AGGP Requirements:
To be considered for the Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP), applicants generally need to:
- Hold a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Have graduated, or be able to graduate, before the programme begins.
- Have generally no more than three years of relevant professional experience.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Meet the academic and technical requirements of the selected position.
- Be willing to work at the location specified in the vacancy.
- Demonstrate motivation to develop a career with Airbus.
