Are you a young African aged 18-35 who wants to create impact in your grass-root community, but aren’t sure where to begin or what particular problem to solve?
The SELA Introductory Fellowship program is designed to help you take that first step.
This fellowship is not limited to climate. It’s for anyone passionate about solving real problems around them, from education, youth employment, and health to water, gender equality, and more.
PROGRAM DETAILS
- Program Format: Fully Online
- Structure : Cohort-Based
- Time Commitment; 3-4 Hours
- Duration: Weekly | 4 Weeks
- Cost: 100% Free.
ELIGIBILITY
- Age 18-35 years
- You reside in Africa
- You want to focus on solving African problems
- You have NO PRIOR experience in Advocacy or Volunteering, or are not sure what grassroot problem you should be solving.
As a fellow, you will:
- Participate in 4 weeks of live sessions on sustainability leadership
- Gain clarity on the community challenge you want to address
- Receive support to develop your first project idea
- Join an alumni network of young changemakers across Africa post fellowship.
