Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive the sales of salary loan and investment products while leading and motivating a team of sales professionals.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in loan sales, investment sales, banking, or financial services.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is required.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Candidates with existing corporate networks will have an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
