REQUIREMENTS
- Currently working in the banking sector
- Microfinance Banks are not eligible
- Proven liability generation & portfolio growth
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent customer acquisition and retention capabilities
- Good understanding of retail, commercial and SME banking opportunities
- Established networks within the target locations and catchment areas
- Strong knowledge of the local business environment.
- Can effectively support business development and deposit mobilization in assigned branches
- Not less than 2B CASA Cabal
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum B.Sc. 2:2 OR HND Upper + Master’s Degree
- NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter
- Minimum 5 O-Level credits, including Mathematics & English.
