Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring new merchants, growing existing portfolios, and generating revenue through transaction finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new merchants across assigned locations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.
• Drive revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential merchants.
• Present and explain financing solutions to prospective merchants.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work with internal teams to ensure excellent merchant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, fintech, banking, or related roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven with excellent business development and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Benefits

• Salary: N240,656 Gross / N203,408 Net.
• Miscellaneous Allowance: N50,000 during probation; N100,000 after confirmation
• Commission: 3.5% of revenue generated, with uncapped earning potential
