We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, coordinate teams, and drive efficiency across our real estate and financial service businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and workflows
- Coordinate teams and allocate resources
- Monitor performance and improve efficiency
- Develop and enforce operational policies
- Manage budgets, reports and operational activities
- Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATION
- HND/BSc in Administration, Operations, Business Management, or any related field.
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
