- Menu Planning & Nutrition Compliance
- Cost Control & Waste Management
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Reporting & Documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Catering, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in kitchen or catering management.
- Experience in institutional catering (hospital, school, or large facility) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
