Heirs Energies is the energy arm of the wider Heirs Holdings group. It describes itself as Africa’s largest indigenous-owned energy company and is the operator of OML 17 in Nigeria’s Niger Delta, with activities focused on oil and gas production and opportunities across the energy value chain.
We are inviting qualified candidates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme.
Job Summary
The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector.
Programme Details:
- • Duration: 6 months total
- • Compensation: Paid (competitive stipend)
- • Location: Nigeria-based (Heirs Place, Lagos)
- • Start Date: 2026
- • Group Foundation Bootcamp: 4 weeks intensive
- • On-the-job training: 5 months rotation across companies
Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) Bachelor’s degree
- Must have completed NYSC
- Maximum of 2 years’ post-NYSC professional experience
- Must be 27 years old or younger
