Job Overview
The Head of Project will lead and oversee the delivery of our architectural, interior design, and construction projects from concept through completion. This is a strong leadership position for a qualified architect who combines strong technical expertise and with sharp design sensibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple architectural, interior, and construction projects simultaneously.
- Provide technical oversight and design direction across all active projects, ensuring consistency with the firm’s design standards and quality benchmarks.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate project teams including architects, designers, engineers, and site staff.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate claims
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; must be a licensed/registered Architect.
- • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architecture, interior design, or construction project leadership.,
- • Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building systems.
- • Proficiency in relevant design and project management software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Coohom, MS Project or similar).
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
