As part of its expansion strategy, the Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to support executive leadership while driving business growth across its portfolio.
Job Overview:
The Chief of Staff Business Development Manager will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, with primary responsibility for driving business growth and expanding the organization’s commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the Group’s portfolio.
- Develop and implement business development strategies that support organizational growth.
- Support executive leadership in implementing strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent executive leadership during meetings and strategic engagements where appropriate.
- Prepare periodic business development and executive performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree (MBA ог equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Executive Support, or Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or founders.
- Experience establishing or scaling businesses is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Salary: $1,000 Monthly Net
