Ward Supervisor – Immunization & Primary Healthcare Interventions
Client Overview:
- Our client is supporting the implementation of immunization campaigns and Primary Health Care (PHC) interventions aimed at improving health outcomes and strengthening service delivery at the community level.
- The Ward Supervisor will provide field-level coordination, supervision, and support for campaign planning, implementation, monitoring, data management, team performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective delivery of health interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, coordination, and implementation of immunization campaigns and PHC interventions.
- Supervise field teams and monitor campaign activities to ensure quality delivery.
- Support training, mentorship, and performance tracking of vaccination teams.
- Manage data collection, validation, reporting, and documentation of activities.
- Engage stakeholders and support resolution of field-level implementation challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Experience supporting immunization campaigns, PHC interventions, or community health programs.
- Strong experience in field supervision, team coordination, and monitoring activities.
- Ability to manage data, prepare reports, and use data tools effectively.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
