Job Title: HEAD OF QUALITY CONTROL

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Reports to: Operations Director

Contract Type: Full-Time

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years’ experience on data forensics and quality control in field & in office.
  • 4+ years experience at supervisory role
  • Experience with analytical tools like Excel, SPSS, Dimensions, Survey to Go, Survey CTO).
  • Hands on experience with data restructuring, data validation and data cleaning.
  • Experienced in data file conversion (preferably SPSS>>>Excel and Dimension>>>Excel)
  • Experienced in trend and comparative analysis.
  • Experienced in developing automated reports (with Excel pivot table).
  • Experienced in Excel Visual Basic Automation and in the use of SPSS commands
  • Experienced in the use of GIS for basic validations, boundary controls and polygonal mapping.
  • Experienced with data uploading/preloading of survey and job assigning on retail jobs
  • Experienced in trends and comparative analysis with various KPI’sand developing automated or dashboard reports (with Power BI/Tableau)
  • Experienced in costing and budget rationalizing
  • Experience in working on multi country projects
  • +5 years of Retail audit experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resource planning & monitoring by managing job assigning and job distributions.
  • Provide necessary technical support to the DFM, QCM, QCE, SQCE, DME and SDME during the entire project cycle.
  • Provide necessary technical and administrative support to the Operations Director during the entire project execution (E.g. planning of staff leaves, costing and budget rationalization, approval of budget, expenses reconciliation)
  • Responsible for compliance and sign off for all the operating procedures and processes on data cleaning and validations (ISO, IGQS, e.t.c.) in Quality Control
  • Conduct data validation team performance appraisals, Drive career developments program or plans for Quality Control team.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • BSc Degree
  • Professional certifications in data management will be a plus

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Self-starters with a keen interest in technology and highly motivated towards success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proven teamwork, and communication skills (written and Oral).
  • Zero tolerance and compromise to errors
  • Understand, implement and monitor quality control processes in field, in office and data.
