Job Summary

  • We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying prospective clients, promoting the company’s products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate business development reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, corporate meetings, and industry engagements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, mass communication or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, relationship management, or client acquisition.
  • Experience outside the HMO or insurance sector is preferred.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Candidates should ideally be 32 years of age or below.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
