Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of our organization in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, great with people, and able to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office activities, supplies, and ensure a tidy, professional workspace
- Handle incoming/outgoing emails, calls, letters, and documents
- Manage meetings, appointments, and maintain the office calendar
- Keep accurate records, files, and databases for HR, finance, and operations
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments
- Coordinate office supply purchases and liaise with vendors
- Assist in planning staff meetings, trainings, and company events
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in an administrative role is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional, reliable, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
