We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Security Supervisor (Retired Force Personnel)
Locations: Ogun, and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Electric Mobility / Transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and coordinate field personnel and operational activities.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and order across assigned locations.
- Conduct routine inspections and incident reporting.
- Liaise with local authorities and security agencies when necessary.
- Support management in enforcing operational standards and procedures.
- Investigate security issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure the protection of company assets and personnel.
Requirements
- Must be a retired Police Officer or Military Personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in security supervision or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
- Must be physically fit and disciplined.
- Knowledge of security reporting and incident management.
- Candidates residing in Oyo or Ogun State are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly
