Premium Human Resources Solution – Our client, a top Banking Institution, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agent Field Officer (AFO)

Locations: Gwarimpa, Maitama, Lugbe, Wuse Market, Trandcorp, and Dei Dei – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
  • Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
  • Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company’s financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.

Requirements

  • Qualification: NCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree
  • Age: Not more than 35 years.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales/marketing experience is required.

Salary
N115,000 – N129,999 monthly. + Robust Commission, HMO, Pension, 13th Month Allowance, and other benefits.
