Impact Training Room – IRT Fellowship Program cohort 4.0 Virtual for young African

It is a transformative journey to take young people from a place of confusion to clarity, develop their leadership capital, and give them an opportunity to become change advocates and innovators in their country.

In the fourth cohort of the fellowship, we are expanding our impact by providing an internship experience for our fellows. At the end of the fellowship, all fellows who make our selection criteria will have the opportunity to intern with an organization where they can develop relevant skills and build their portfolio.

If you’re a young person, under-resourced in areas of personal development and lack skills and knowledge on how to become a change maker in your community, this fellowship if for you.

Applicants must;

– Be an African

– Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years old.

– Have proficiency in speaking English Language.

– Have little or no experience in community development.

– Be willing to commit to the duration of the 8 weeks fellowship.
(If selected, 85% attendance is mandatory for graduation, access to mentorship and internship)

– Be a motivated young person willing to commit to contributing to social change and innovation.
