This is an exciting opportunity to lead maternal health interventions in Nigeria. The role involves supervising field activities and coordinating with government partners to reduce maternal mortality. The individual will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of the Maternal Mortality Reduction Initiative (MAMII) at the state level.
Our client is in the Real Estate Industry and is seeking a results-driven Business Development officer who will drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for the organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and capable of turning strategic plans into tangible results.
Tittle: Business Development Officer
Location: Abuja and Lagos
Requirements:
- BSc in Business, Engineering, or Economics (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, tendering processes, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to track sales activities, support proposals, and contribute to revenue growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and sectors with growth opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through direct outreach, networking, and referral channels.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through consistent service delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Salary: 300,000 – 350,000 NGN
