- Building a strong pipeline of outstanding professionals is critical to supporting Arnergy’s ambitious growth.
- The 2026 LEAP will operate under a single unified pathway – Sales & Solution Sales, designed to develop commercially astute, solution-oriented professionals capable Of driving revenue growth while delivering customer-centric energy solutions.
- The program will combine intensive classroom learning with hands-on rotations across key business functions.
- This structure is designed to give participants broad exposure, practical experience, and a strong foundation for leadership growth.
Qualification Criteria
- Education: Degree in any discipline
- Experience: 0-3 years post NYSC
- Minimum Grade: First Class/Second Class upper Division
- Age Range: 20-27 years.
- Desirable: Multilingual proficiency.
