Tittle: Head of Programs
Location: Borno state
Reports to: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all programs with focus on warehouse management
- Ensure warehouse and supply chain systems align with program objectives
- Monitor program performance and ensure donor compliance
- Supervise and build capacity of warehouse, logistics, and program staff
- Represent organization in logistics coordination forums
Requirements:
- Master\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Development Studies, or related field
- 7–10 years\’ experience in humanitarian or development programming
- 3–5 years\’ experience overseeing warehouse/logistics operations
- Strong experience with donor-funded commodity and asset management
- Excellent understanding of warehouse and supply chain management systems
