Job Summary
- We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand market penetration for our industrial and automotive lubricant products.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling lubricants across industrial clients, auto shops, workshops, distributors, fleet companies, and mechanical garages.
- This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent market awareness, and a proven track record in lubricant sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Execute effective sales strategies to promote industrial and automotive lubricant products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing plants, workshops, logistics/transport companies, and automotive dealerships.
- Drive secondary sales and ensure consistent product availability within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate prices, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
Customer & Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, lubricant stockists, wholesalers, retailers, autoshops, and resellers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Supervise distributor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular customer visits and engage end-users with technical training on product handling and application.
Market Intelligence & Product Awareness:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product introductions.
- Conduct market visits to ensure proper merchandising and visibility of lubricant products.
- Create awareness and execute trade marketing/brand activation campaigns.
- Train mechanics, riders, and lube attendants on product features and technical specifications.
Technical Knowledge & Support:
- Demonstrate deep understanding of lubricant specifications, applications, and performance benefits.
- Educate customers on Korect lubricants and support technical product discussions.
- Provide guidance on product selection based on customer needs and equipment requirements.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in lubricant sales (Industrial or Automotive – B2B/B2C).
- Must currently engage with lubricant dealers, stockists, wholesalers, or major retail channels.
Compensation
N250,000 – N600,000 / Month (Negotiable).
