Apply Now: Policy Advocacy and Leadership Fellowship

Welcome to the Policy Advocacy and Leadership (PAL) Fellowship 2.0 Application Form
The Policy Advocacy and Leadership (PAL) Fellowship is a research-driven capacity development program designed to equip young Nigerians with the knowledge, tools, and experiences required to shape governance and drive policy reforms at the subnational level.
The Fellowship incorporates three core modules – Policy, Advocacy, and Leadership, with a strong emphasis on policy advocacy, data analysis and research. Through these modules, fellows will be trained to conduct evidence-based research, engage policymakers, and design actionable policy solutions that address pressing governance and development challenges within their communities.
Rooted in the belief that sustainable change begins with informed and community-anchored leadership, PAL positions young leaders as policy entrepreneurs, think tank builders, and advocates for systemic transformation. Fellows will learn to translate research into practical reforms, influence decision-making processes, and contribute to a culture of accountability and innovation in governance.
This application seeks exceptional young professionals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, leadership potential, analytical depth, and a strong commitment to social impact.
