Job Title: Sales Trainee (Entry Level)

Job Summary
- As a Sales Trainee, you will engage with customers via phone, promote products, handle inquiries, and support the sales team in meeting business targets.
- This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales and fintech.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services.
- Maintain a solid understanding of company offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies.
- Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Candidates should posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years’ post-NYSC experience.
- Ability to prepare and implement weekly sales plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
