Job Details
- Participating in structured training programs, workshops, and courses to develop technical and soft skills, and acquire industry knowledge.
- Shadowing experienced staff members and mentors to understand job duties, workflows, and best practices.
- Rotating through different departments or functions to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- Assisting with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives, conducting research, analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Attending meetings, seminars, and team-building events to expand knowledge and build professional relationships.
- Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members and analyzing existing systems to offer new ideas for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities, achievements, and milestones to track progress and development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Upholding the company’s values and demonstrating a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
- Seeking feedback and guidance from supervisors and peers to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
