Apply for Kano State Climate Actors Registry 2025

The Kano State Government, through the Kano State Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, has officially launched the Climate Actors Registry, inviting all climate-focused individuals and organizations across the state to register.
This new initiative targets both state and non-state actors working on environmental and climate-related issues. According to the government, the registry will serve as a central platform to connect, document, and support climate stakeholders.
“Calling on all climate actors across Kano State — government agencies, civil society, academia, private sector, youth groups, and development partners,” the announcement stated. The registry is open to everyone involved in climate work, including ministries, NGOs, youth and women’s groups, and businesses.
The State Climate Actors Registry aims to strengthen coordination, improve visibility, and create access to funding and partnerships.
“This registry will help us streamline coordination, amplify visibility, and open doors to both internal and external partnerships, funding, and joint action,” the statement added.
For anyone engaged in climate work, this initiative offers a chance to collaborate and grow within a unified system. “If you’re driving change in the climate space, don’t miss this opportunity. Let’s build a stronger climate ecosystem together,” the message concluded.
