The ITF Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) Program. As you know, this is a major initiative by the Federal Government of Nigeria, in collaboration with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), designed to empower, train, and license millions of Nigerian artisans with tech-enabled skills to promote industry-standard excellence.
Following our earlier announcements and your enthusiastic response, we’ve diligently worked to secure significant opportunities for our state. I’m delighted to confirm that after extensive follow-up with the ITF.
This is a monumental step towards equipping our youth with the skills needed for the future, providing access to essential tools, and connecting them to both local and international job markets. The SUPA program offers comprehensive training in diverse trades, from carpentry to ICT, ensuring our artisans are certified, licensed, and operate with global best practices.
