MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive autonomously the lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closing phases and deliver project outcomes to the domain champions
- Be a role model in the usage of our predictive or Agile project management methods with a clear focus on the quality of PM deliverables such as project plans, various registers (risk, stakeholder, issue, Burndown chart, etc.), communication, Team meetings facilitation, etc.
- Manage each project team using appropriate leadership (negotiation, conflict resolution, positioning, active listening, presentation, etc.)
- Collect project metrics and present accurate situation and options for each project in steering committee meetings
- Assist in the co-creation and deployment of the ICT Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) strategic plan.
- Represents ICT Projects & Portfolio Manager in meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent by demonstrated experience
- Min 3 years’ experience as an ICT Project Manager preferably in SDLC projects and in an international context
- 2 years’ experience of successfully managing cross-functional teams
- Proven 2 years of Business analyst role involving process improvement activities is a strong asset
- Strong ICT literacy on 365 MS Office suite (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, …)
- PMP (PMI), Prince2 or SCRUM certification is an asset

- An above-average emotional self-awareness and ability to manage conflicting situations
- Good team player with a positive attitude, capacity to motivate people and bring them together around the same objective
- Strong cross-cultural awareness the ability to work in a collaborative way with diverse groups of people
Languages
- Proficient level in English, both oral and written is mandatory
- Good knowledge of French is a strong asset
CONDITIONS
- Expected starting date: March 2025
- Location*: Brussels (Belgium)
* Due to legal administrative constraints, given the duration of the contract, candidates must already be resident in Belgium or have a residence right as a worker in Belgium or in the European Union allowing to move and work in the EU
- Contract type: Fixed-term contract – Full-time
- Contract duration: 12 months
- Salary according to MSF-OCB HQ grid
