Matakai masu muhimmanci wajen kare kanka daga ciwon sukari (Diabetes) – Masana
Kare kai daga ciwon Sukari ya ƙunshi ɗaukan matakai masu muhimmanci dangane da yanayin rayuwar mutum daga shafin Pharmacist Musa A Bello shine mawallafin wannan rubutu.
Ga matakai masu muhimmanci da ya kamata a kiyaye:
1. Cin Abinci Mai Kyau: A dinga cin abinci da kayan marmari da ke ɗauke da sinadarai masu gina jiki. Misali, kayan lambu (abarba, kankana, tuffa, gwanda da sauransu), ganyayyaki irin su zogale, latas da alayyahu. A gujewa cin jan nama (red meat/beef), in za’a ci nama, a ci naman kaza, akuya, da sauransu.
A rage cin abincin kamfani (abincin gwangwani), a rage ci da shan kayan zaƙi (irin su cakuleti, lemun kwalba) da sauransu.
2. Kula Da Nauyin Jiki/Ƙiba: Samun jiki ɗan cif-cif ba tare da yin ƙiba mai wuce gona da iri ba na taimakawa wajen rage yiwuwar kamuwa da ciwon suga. A dinga cin abinci madaidaici (ba wai a zama ɗaya mutum ya cinye cikin kwano ba).
3. Motsa Jiki: A yawaita motsa jiki, ko da tafiya a ƙafa na minti 30 ne a kullum, yana taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar mutum da rage yiwuwar samun ciwon sukari da hawan jini.
4. A Yawaita Shan Ruwa: Shan ruwa na taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar jiki gaba ɗaya (da inganta lafiyar koda).
5. A Dinga Lura Da Yanayin Jini (Hawan Jini); Gwajin jini (blood pressure) akai akai na taimakawa, saboda hawan jini na taimakawa wajen samun ciwon sukari. Sannan hawan jini yana mamayan mutane da yawa, basa sanin ma suna da shi. Sai ana yin gwajin akalla sau daya duk bayan wata biyu.
6. A Dinga Samun Hutu; Yawan aiki tukuru ba tare da samun isasshen hutu ba na taimakawa wajen harzuko ciwuka daban daban. Hutu na cikin ababen da ke inganta lafiya, isasshen bacci ma na daga cikin hutu.
7. A Gujewa Shaye-Shaye; Kama daga shan giya zuwa sigari/taba, dukkan su na iya samar da yanayin dake iya kawo sauƙin kamuwa da ciwon suga.
8. Lura Da Tarihin Rashin Lafiya; In dai a gidan ku akwai wanda ke da ciwon suga, ya kamata mutum ya kiyaye yanayin rayuwar shi ta hanyar gujewa abinda ke iya kawo ciwon sukari ɗin, saboda gado nada tasiri akan kamuwa dashi.
9. Zuwa Dubiya Asibiti: Lokaci bayan lokaci, mutum ya dinga zuwa asibiti a duba shi.
