Barista Usman ya ce bisa tanadin dokoki da kudin tsarin mulki na Najeriya duk wani wanda aka yanke wa hukunci na da damar ɗaukaka kara zuwa kotu ta gaba domin ƙalubalantar shari’ar bisa hujojji masu ƙarfi.
Sai dai kuma ana iya aiwatar da hakan bisa wasu kwanaki da aka tanada, kuma da zarar mutum ya wuce waɗannan kwanaki babu batun ɗaukaka ƙara, sai kuma jiran zartar da hukunci.
